NEGE is structured in research groups. The groups have full autonomy to determine their own research priorities and publication strategies. Resource allocation policies and the admission of new members remain with the Scientific Board of the Unit.

The research groups are the following:

• Accounting and Finance
• Organisational behavior and human resource management
